What happened

Our systems were likely attacked, causing irreparable damage to servers and external backups. Unfortunately, this resulted in the complete loss of data, with only one partial raw database backup recovered. Investigations are ongoing, but due to the extent of the damage, recovery beyond this is not possible.

Why we cannot continue

The cost of rebuilding the infrastructure is beyond what we can sustain. This situation has been devastating for us, and it leaves us with no choice but to discontinue the service, effective today.
